Manufacturing Process Pipe System Project
Project Overview:
HPS assisted with this project from the design phase to installation process. We worked alongside the client whilst considering the most practical, safest and highest quality solutions to their desired needs. We used a range of 2″, 1 1/2″ & 1″ pipework, This needed to tie in at multiple locations whilst considering valves, pressure indicators and pumps.
Health & Safety :
As a company we take safety extremely seriously. Before we even switched on a welding set, we ensured a full set of RAMS were in place, PAT tested equipment and most importantly a competent and confident work force.
Scope of Work:
The client required a full-service fabrication package, which included:
- Assistance with the design
- Site run fabrication
- Installation of valves & sight glasses
- Installation of supports
- secured all flanged connections with bolts & gaskets
Execution:
Our experienced team successfully delivered all elements of the project whilst maintaining the highest quality standards throughout. Every stage—from fabrication through to finishing—was carried out with precision and care to meet the strict requirements of the fire protection specification.
Quality Assurance:
On completion, the client was provided with a comprehensive quality documentation pack by our very own qualified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector, including all relevant certifications and compliance records, ensuring full traceability and adherence to all project specifications.
Outcome:
The project was delivered efficiently, exceeding the client’s expectations on both timeline and quality. The result: a highly satisfied client with full confidence on HPS delivering future projects.
